GRASS-FED LAMB

We chose to primarily raise Katahdin sheep for four reasons: their ability to thrive on pasture, hardiness, unassisted lambing ability, and meat quality. Our lambs spend their whole existence rotating through fresh pasture on our farm. The meat is leaner than what you would expect from grain-finished, store-bought lamb, with a mild and clean flavor.
